"It would be nice to have a phone in the room for you to contact the reception desk if you needed anything, alarm clock in the room + restaurant menu in a folder would have been nice to see & read to see what was on offer, we were in room 6 our outside light was not working + fan in the bathroom was not working + room ceiling needs to be vacuumed I noticed there was dead bugs stuck to the ceiling, can face towels be added to the towels. "The property was lovely and spacious. The views are truly exceptional, both of mountains and sea. Our host was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of useful information. She also has stocked the house with plenty of food to make your stay even more comfortable! Thank you very much, would recommend for anyone visiting the kaikoura area!"

"Wonderful stay at Cubby House in Kaikoura! Leanne and Richard have created an oasis complete with an amazing view and friendly-furry-4-legged greeters. We traveled in NZ for over 2 weeks and Cubby House was the only place we stayed that had this level of charm, the most amazing coffee machine ever, and a fridge full of wonderful breakfast ingredients. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly be back."
