Surprisingly great hotel. Very spacious and clean. Zero noise at night. I was just expecting an average room, but the room was very spacious with a great shower and separate bath.

The access to the facility and room was very well explained and the suite was excellent. Staff we met were helpful and friendly Wish all our trips were so enjoyable

Love this place
Gorgeous room!! They've done a renovation/remodel since the last time we stayed & it's amazing. Big soaker tub. Multi-head shower. Nice sitting area with a work table. Super comfy bed. Heavenly!

The room was spacious, clean and cozy with a fireplace, jet tub and private access to.the outdoors. Although there were instructions on the entrance door, we would have preferred to have texted the information rather than our name on the door with everyone else. An ice machine on the premises would also be an opportunity.

A lovely place to stay, definitely a hidden gem.Never knew such a beautiful place existed.We lived in Walkerton for 17 years and moved away.Came back to Hanover for a visit after moving far away and found the Grey Rose online as an option for accommodations.Sure glad we chose it! Would highly recommended staying here

Check in was seamless with the coded door lock system. Check out was even better. Just walk out! The library suite exceeded our expectations. Great value

The suite was fantastic – much larger than we expected. It was absolutely spotless – it even smelled freshly cleaned! The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were all the furnishings. Check-in was seamless. Thank you for a very lovely stay! Would highly recommend & stay again if back in Hanover.

Family Trip to Hanover Canada
This is an amazing jewel if traveling to North Ontario Canada. Very close to good restaurants and sites to visit. We come up to visit and will be staying here going forward

This guest was not happy with the temperature of the suite and phoned us at 3 am . I asked her to check the usual things, thermostats, air flow etc. and all was normal. We were extremely apologetic but I guess she felt we needed to be punished even though there was nothing we could do at that time. We were full or we would have offered a different suite. You will see by our other reviews that we do not have a chronic temperature problem.

Really top-notch. I have stayed here before and will again. It's terrific to go here with a family because of the spacing etc. Just a great stay. I stayed at the Windspire in P. Elgin the next night, paid more for the location, and it was awful. I wished I had the Grey Rose for a second night but the distance to the family function would've been a pain. Run from the Windspire, run to the Grey Rose.

Although it was different not having anyone behind the desk.. The unique entrance system was very easy and very enjoyable.. The Suite is large, and Very Clean... Directions to restaurants was found in the desk... Will recommend Grey Rose Hotel to any and all who are heading this way... Well Done..

Great place.
Beds & pillows were as comfortable, if not moreso, than at home, if that's possible. Would definitely stay there again. Spacious rooms, very quiet. Ample parking.
