¡Un hotel boutique perfecto en Hanoi!
Amabilidad en recepción. Especialmente de la chica, que no recordamos su nombre. Muy limpio. El desayuno nos sorprendió muy gratamente, incluyendo fruta fresca del lugar. Todo muy muy bien. Ubicación ideal.

Hotel was good , Jimmy , the guy from hotel help us a lot. Organize transport from and to airport, help for pick correct trips and organize them . He give us a lot of great advice. Thanks him our stay in area even with no so good weather was great .

The room is nice, clean.
The location is convenient, in the heart of Ha Noi Old quarter with lots of foods and drinks. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! We enjoy staying here.

Idyllic stay at Hanoi
First of all is the location. It is in the Old Quarter, and therefore almost everything is readily accessible, starting from the lake. Breakfast was great. The room I stayed in was for 4 persons- we were 3- so it more than sufficed. The persons at the reception: Max, Kris are outstanding. Very friendly hotel staff. Would strongly recommend booking here.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were super helpful at accommodating us when we wanted to stay an extra night and arranged affordable transportation for us when needed. Great value and location as well.

Wonderful hotel in Hanoi's city centre
The hotel is very centrally located, close to everything, and very very clean. Large and comfortable and big rooms, with everything you need. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped us at all times: to book excursions, get mobile internet, shows, night bus etc and were attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely repeat if we return to Hanoi!

I had a lovely stay, enjoying it so much I ended up extending. The staff were incredible and always helpful a shoutout to Jimmy for being a great help always. The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :).

This hotel is an excellent choice. Good location and comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jim especially went out of his way everytime to help booking tours, recommending places to eat and fixing a minor problem with the TV. I actually booked another night at this hotel solely because Mr. Jim was so helpful...

My husband and I stayed three nights. One of the most welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. A week before we arrived, the hotel reached out to us to find out if we needed a taxi from the airport and offered discounted rates for tours. We were coming from another part of Vietnam so we did not require the taxi and we had already been on the tours they were offering, so we did not take up the tour offer either; but it was nice to know it was all available to us. The actual hotel is well situated and the rooms and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were attentive and keen to assist. Jenny ‘our’ receptionist (as she was the one who welcomed us on our first day), was super helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with planning for everything from the Water Puppet show, Ha Long Bay tours, and what to see in Ha Noi. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very close to Hoan Kiem lake, which was convenient. They even were super flexible about adjusting our stay when we missed our flight connection to Ha Noi - I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. I really love this hotel in Hanoi. It has a good location, very close to night market and center. Moreover, surrounding local food is delicious and diverse! The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful ( Jim, Jenny and Sully)

Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel and its excellent service. I will come back here soon!

Best hotel in hanoi, I had a great time! The location very close to the lake and old quarter. Sulli in particular was amazing, so kind and friendly. Halong bay and sapa booking the trip from Jimmy and I would like to recommend to anyone come to stay and booking the trip from here. Highly recommend!

Very happy that we stayed here. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast are delicious and the coffee is great. Location is superb, walking distance to many attractions and with lots of good food around. The staffs are friendly. We'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

I booked this hotel and a few others for my 3week stay in Vietnam. By far the Hanoi Royal Palace 2 is the best for staff, guest interaction. I want to make a special call out to Jennie who was absolutely fabulous with her communication and support with all my questions before and during our stay.. all the staff were extremely helpful, rooms and food were all excellent.. thanks guys 👍

The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter, bustling city! The property is a bit old but clean. The staff were warm and courteous It's a good thing to experience the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city! Close to everything you need and people are accomodating.

Make sure you stay on level 7.. the below rooms were well below average.. luckily we got a free upgrade to the panoramic room which was ok with a great view

Lovely little hotel close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, laundry, and booking car service to the airport. Breakfast offerings covered both western and local tastes. Definitely recommend.
