Stannade här i 3 nätter. Blev väl mötta av familjen som äger hotellet. Rummet motsvarar bilderna bra. Det var rent och fräscht. Städning var dag och påfyllning av toalettartiklar. Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Bra hotell för ett bra pris.

L’emplacement est vraiment top. En revanche l’hôtel est dans son jus. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un mur complètement moisi et un mur qui perdait son papier peint. La literie est moyenne.

稍微有點圖文不符
跟照片不一樣，也沒有英文櫃檯人員，礦泉水還是別人用開過的，房間不算新，壁紙剝落、牆壁斑駁，但床是乾淨的。不過一切都有請櫃檯服務人員處理，只是要用翻譯軟體

Great trip
Hotel is very well situated among the sites and a large amount of food options. Great for a short stay to pack lots in. The rooms were large, clean and with good aircon.

Gute Lage nahe See, aber in recht ruhiger kleinen Gasse. "Familienzimmer" wie beschrieben und recht großzügig, dazu mit großem Balkon, welcher in oberen Stockwerken den Blick über die kleinen Gassen erlaubt. Freundliche Rezeption. Insgesamt solide Preis-Leistung.

Nice if you get a good room
Pretty good hotel in a great location. Comfy and clean. Our friends booked the same room but ended up in a different building which wasn't as nice, but then were able to change to one even nicer than ours, so not all rooms you book are created equal.

Thanks so much for your nice review! Our hotel has several kind of room from cheap to deluxe quality which different price. Our hotels are a chain and all annexes are closed by each other, just some steps walk distant and we use one reception desk for all. We always try to arrange all rooms in a booking on same building and closed by each other. The room is clean, quiet and roomy, the fridge keep my fruit last longer, but there's no elevator so up and down the stairs a little inconvenience. There is a delicious beef soup (pho bo) place only few steps away from hotel only in the morning, so I had breakfast every morning before starting my adventures.

Great stay for the budget traveler!
We had a great stay at the Especen Hotel in Hanoi! This is a perfect hotel for the budget traveler. It is a very comfortable place to stay. You can pay for nicer in town, but for the price it is perfect. Also, we loved the location. It was in a quieter alley, that felt more tucked away. It was also a great walk to all places in the city

번화가에 있는 곳이라 성요셉성당, 호안끼엠 호수 걸어서 다니기 편해요 방도 가격에 비해 괜찮습니다 후기 중 수압이 약하다는 것이 단점이라 했는데 4층 묵었고 수압 나쁘지않았어요 셋이 쓰기엔 딱 좋았네요 에스페센 호텔 이름으로 인근 지역에 3곳이예요 (체인점 개념인듯합니다) 예약하실 때 주소 잘 확인하세요 저희는 골목 안에 있는 곳에 묵었는데 그랩 잡으려면 큰 길로 나가야 하는 것 말곤 딱히 단점이 없었습니다^^

개인적으로 저렴한 비용에 넓고 환한 방과 좋은 위치가 가장 만족스럽고, 화장실이 비좁고 수압이 약했던것이 가장 불만이었으며, 연인보다 젊은층의 동성 친구들끼리 가는것이 더 적합한것 같다. 전반적인 평가점수는 10점 만점에 5점이라 할 수 있고, 각각에 대한 상세 점수를 나열해보았다. 서비스(10)-매우 친절하며,무거운 짐도 선뜻 운반해주고, 주변 길 안내도 상세히 알려주고, 체크아웃 시 놓고간 짐도 골목까지 뛰어나와 챙겨주었다. 청결(6)-에어컨 처음 켤때 냄새가 좀 나고, 전반적인 청소상태는 양호한편. 편안함(4)-5층에 묵었는데, 계단은 가파르고 엘리베이터가 없어서 굉장히 힘들었다. 화장실이 너무 좁아서 이용이 너무 불편하다. 사진상의 좌측이 현관문, 우측이 욕실문, 가운데가 건물의 계단부분이기때문에, 욕실문의 사이즈와 안의 공간이 동일한 너비라서 참 좁다. 남자 또는 서양인들은 여자인 나보다 훨씬 불편할것같다. 방은 넓고 창이 벽 두 면에 걸쳐있어 굉장히 밝고 환해서 좋다. 발코니 밖에 나갈 수 있으나, 테이블은 없기 때문에 소용은 없다. 방에는 옷걸이와 화장대가 없어서 매우 불편하다. 좁은 화장실에서 화장을 하거나 옷 매무세를 만지는것은 너무 힘든 일이다. TV는 낡아서 아무 방송도 볼 수 없었다. 방이 밝고 넓은것 이외에 딱히 좋은것은 없었다. 관리상태(2)-건물이 오래된편인데 현관문과 창문등이 뻑뻑하고 방안에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 나는편이라서 에어컨으로 일정시간 환풍을 시켜줘야한다. 다른층은 모르겠으나 5층은 수압이 약해 샤워기나 수도에서 물줄기가 너무 약하게 줄줄줄 나와 샤워하는데 한시간은 걸린다. 계단 오르기도 힘들고 수압도 낮으니, 되도록 5층은 피해서 숙박하길 권장한다. 냉장고는 기능이 잘되는 편이어서 생수를 밤새 얼려서 들고 다닐수 있었다.침대가 오래되어 스프링이 꺼졌는지, 가운데부분이 다른데보다 조금 꺼져있었다. 주변지역(10) - 성요셉성당 옆골목이어서 주변에 맛집과 카페도 많고, 웬만한곳은 걸어서 다닐만할정도였으며, 1분거리에 유명하고 저렴하고 서비스좋은 맛사지샾도 있어서 하루 피로를 풀기도 참 좋았다. 주변지역은 정말 좋은 위치였던것 같다.

Nice hotel with great staff. Excellent price. Lowest airport transfer I found in Hanoi ($11). Bathroom could have been a bit nicer but that is the only improvement.

観光地へのアクセス最高の親切なホテル
オーナーの方がめっちゃ親切！ 部屋は清潔で必要最低限のものは全て揃っていた。ただ１つ、Wi-Fiが一晩中使えなかった時がありそれだけ残念だった。ただそれを差し引いても全体的にサービス精神が行き届いていてまた泊まりたくなるホテルだった。

Will stay here again
Superior room with city view is large enough for us and the room was clean, offered air conditioning, hot showering water and free wifi. Housekeeping was nice and every Anh I met on the front desk is nice,too. I'd be happy to stay here again!

Good stay!
A good hotel! We stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were good. Two days in a row, we were short of a towel, but got one as soon as we asked for one. The bathroom was fine, but there’s no specific shower area or shower curtains which means the whole bathroom is wet after a shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we stayed there over the lunar new year and there were new year snacks in the lobby for guests to enjoy, which we appreciated! The one minor downside was that some staff members had limited English which created some miscommunications. We were also able to exchange money at the hotel for a great rate.
