The second floor has 2 bedrooms and cozy living room with boardgame

The 3rd and 4th floors each have 2 spacious bedrooms, private bathroom with bathtub

The attic has a Jacuzzi with laundry room, drying room

Restaurants, cafes, spas are located around my villa, very convenient to go everywhere.

The house does not have an elevator. However, the staircase is wide (2 meters), gently sloped, and easy to walk on, so carrying luggage upstairs is comfortable.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, so please respect the etiquette here
- No big parties after 10pm.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No drugs and prostitution
- Overnight guests are kindly requested to register with the host for the purpose of full registration with the authorities and compliance with Vietnamese law.
If guests do not comply, they will be responsible for any fines imposed by the authorities upon incomplete inspection.
