The property was well maintained, the native plantings were well executed. the room was clean and comfortable. I was shocked and disappointed at the cost to use the wood fired hot tub which was more than the actual hammer springs entry who offer far more activity’s for their entry fee. We did not bother to enquire how much the pedal bikes were to use after receiving the cost to hire the hot tub of &67.50 for two adults and 3 children aged 5-2. The children’s playground needs to be fenced on the road edges to ensure children do not enter the road or parking area that borders the playground. Watching multiple children in this area was concerning with cars and camper vans arriving for checkin.

Hi there, thank you for your review, Its great to hear you enjoyed Hanmer Springs, Our hot tub experience is similar to that of , for example Omarama, they are private for 1 hour, as well, we supply a basket with luxury spa towels, chilled and filtered water with glasses, wine glasses are available on request. The Omarama experience would cost, 2 Adults 120, additional adults 50pp, child 5-14yrs 25 Per child and under 5's 20 Per child. Our private hot tubs are surrounded by beautiful native plantings and are checked and managed by our team before and after your soak. our price for you whole family 2adults and 3 children was only 67.50. We think this is amazing value for money!!! regarding our playground, we have plans drawn up to replace the entire playground with a new swimming complex, this is on hold just now as we recover from the hit we took during the Covid pandemic, though hopefully we will be back on track with this soon. The project will include a new modern interactive playground. We hope you will be able to visit us again!Kind regards Marty

Nice and clean
Clean cabin and fine for an overnight stay. Very tight for 4 adults as living and kitchen small, especially as whether was cold and wet. very clean and well appointed. staff at check in were lovely. just a 5min drive to selection of restaurants and shops and an easy walk in good weather.

Great range of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs. We loved our 2 bedroom self contained unit, it was clean and comfortable and all staff we talked to were friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this place

Great for families
Great for families or those needing cooking facilities. Overall the property was fine, easy to locate and parking on site. Check in staff were helpful. Cleanliness of property inside could be better and more attention paid to ensuring a Bug free zone.

The cabin was the perfect size for the group and had a lot of amenities. The site was clean and easy to navigate and the staff were friendly. The location was within easy walking distance of the town and the pools.

Perfect for extended family holidays
Perfect location for going to the pools. The staff were really friendly and managed to book us in last minute for the hot tub. Upgrades that have been going on are really nice and we will be back again next year

This place was spotless, and heaps of effort has gone into making the Top 10 fabulous....there was heat pump and electric blankets on ALL the beds in our cabin, as well as heated tiles in the bathrooms and toilets. So nice 👍

Staff attitude was superb; helpful, friendly & efficient. The room and ensuite had been cleaned to a very high standard, had all the equipment I needed in the kitchen. Heat pump worked well, warm & cosy.

Stay was in 2 bedroom motel. Nice and clean, good comfortable beds, plenty of room for 4 of us. Liked the full range of tv channels so something for the kids as well. Great air conditioning too. Nice new laundry equipment and bikes for the boys to ride and burn off some energy. Close to grocery and hot springs resort. Great stay look forward to coming back in the future.

Not very spacious for 5 ppl and it had 1 2 seater couch to watch tv! Maybe at least add beanbags as dining chairs not comfortable for long periods. Walls are thin as our children kept banging the walls when turning over at night, my dad thought beds were uncomfortable No rubbish bags for bin Nowhere to put toothbrushes in bathroom

We enjoyed everything about this holiday park. Our motel room was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing no stress few days. Beds were comfortable, shower amazing and the hot tubs available were fantastic. Even a basket of towels and ice cold water with glasses to take into the hot tub. 5 star treatment.

Family time in Hanmer Springs
Great place for a family to stay, plenty of activities at the camp and in the village itself. We loved the hot tub! A nice alternative to the popular thermal pools in Hanmer village.

Family friendly but great for non family couples singles. Excellent staff smiles welcoming friendly. Clean excellent amenities, communal ones always clean and fresh. I would recommend stay again and take others here if opportunity allowed.
