Thank you for your comments Barbara. We are a little perplexed by your comments regarding access as we send two emails confirming how to access the apartment and its precise location. There is no mention of Unit 8 in any of the emails. It is marketed as Apartment 4 and all instructions clearly refer to it as Unit 4. The apartment itself has the number 4 clearly visable. Despite this I do apologise if you were unable to contact our onsite property managers. They are usually excellent in their response time and have both a landline and after-hours mobile number for contact. I will follow this up for you. The apartment is fully insulated and does have only one adjoining neighbour. Unfortunately, we cannot control the behaviour of our neighbours suffice to say the large majority of our guests have not raised this as an issue and the common theme within the feedback we receive is that the apartment is "very quiet and peaceful". We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of accommodation and service and the feedback we have received through all our advertising mediums attest to that. I am sorry that your experience was up to your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback Gloria, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay at our apartment. With regards to the "small niggles". I have checked the duvets and can confirm they are indeed feather and down inners. I was concerned they may have been swapped but no, this is not the case. With regards to the TV and heat pump, both appear to be working fine but thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
