Good morning Celia, Thank you for your input. Our budget studio rooms all have microwaves in them, so a bit confused by your statement. We could have provided you with a tarpaulin for your bikes if you wanted it, just had to ask. we are working on updating the paint colours in all our rooms over the coming year.Kind Regards

Your booking was made through a third party being - "Expedia" - you were adamant it was booked under your name only- which was incorrect, and caused a delay in the check in.
