"Very clean and nice hotel in Hangzhou. Although it’s a little bit far away (30mins-1hours ride) from Westlake, the neighborhood is still nice and safe. I came for a business trip so it’s close to the place where I wanted to go. Definitely will revisit if I’m in Hangzhou again. "

"The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake."

The staff so nice and so helpful and will go out of their way to help in anything I asked even I don’t speak any Chinese language at all. "Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre est moderne et carrément connecté. L’entrée de l’hôtel est sur la rue piétonne impériale, ce quartier historique est très beau, le métro est à 300m sortie D. Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec plats chinois , croissants pain, beurre et confiture pour ceux qui mangent pas chinois, il y a aussi des fruits frais, le café est bon. Je recommande cet hôtel."
