una muy buena opción
Un día durante el desayuno, nos informaron que no harían la habitación porque tenían que ir a las competencias Tapati situación que nos pareció bastante increíble y hasta divertida. No limpiaron la habitación pero sí cambiaron las toallas. Por otro lado, la dueña se preocupó de comprar el pan del gusto de mi marido.

Muy recomendable
La pasamos muy bien, el hotel ofrece las comodidades necesarias para una buena estadía en Rapa Nui. Por sobretodo, la amabilidad de Edith y Bob le da un mayor plus al lugar. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente opción en Isla de Pascua
Muy buena opción para descansar y con muy buena ubicación en la isla. Atiende directamente la dueña y si se le pide, te ayuda a organizar los tours a precios razonables. El desayuno es muy rico y preparado en el momento y finalmente, el balance precio - beneficio es muy bueno.

No se os ocurra alojaros en este Hotel
No recomendable. Te dan de desayunar lo que la dueña quiere y a la hra que quiere, te guste o no te guste. Los domingos no te hacen la habitacion ni el baño, pues dicen que es el dia de la familia en la Isla y se olvidan que tienen un negocio por el que cobran los servicios. El Hotel se queda solo a partir de las 12 horas hasta el dia siguiente, nadie en recepcion, ante cualquier problema te tienes que buscar la vida. Todas las noches nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion. Si tienes frio y pides una estufa, te contestan que el la Isla no hay estufas. Si quieres pan tostado, te dicen que en la Isla no hay tostador, etc., etc.

Hotel con buena ubicación y muy agradable
Es un hotel familiar, intentarán hacer todo lo posible para que disfrutes de tus vacaciones sin preocuparte por nada, desde conseguirte un coche de alquiler hasta una reserva para cenar el plato más típico de isla de pascua. Muy limpio, con desayunos maravillosos.

Edith and Bill were wonderful hosts. They met us at the airport and took up back for our return flight. The breakfast provided is wonderful. The rooms are simple, comfortable and air condited with lovely verandas to sit out side and seating in a lovely outdoor lobby . When we were on the islandt.our plane was canceled creating chaos as almost all hotels in town were full. Despite being full Edith found a way to accommodate us speaking with other guests. I am.in my 60s, did not have camping gear so it would have been difficult for me to sleep all night outside or on the condrete as it is a very small airport. I am grateful for all they did for us during our stay and highly recommend this hotel, which is small and more like a very comfortable and veey welcoming homestay.

This is a lovely and very convenient place to stay. But the REAL attraction is Edith, the owner. She is a delightful women whose attention to detail and her guests is almost unprecedented in my experience. Like most hotels, even the nicest ones, I'll eventually forget the details. But I wont forget Edith. She made this a memorable stay.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Great location, very close and walkable to shopping and many dining options. Owners also provided great recommendations for park guides to consider for tours of the island.

Very good location to everything, bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bill, the manager, was very personable and provided great tips on where to eat; and set me up with a Rapanui guide who was just awesome. Bring your own shampoo as I only got one tiny bottle and it was not replaced. No bar soap, shower gel or tissue provided. Bed lamps were more like spot lights versus lamps. Sometimes got 2 towels, sometimes one. A/C installed but I never needed it as wx was lovely and ceiling fan kept temps pleasant.

Não recomendo!
O hotel é até arrumadinho, mas a limpeza é só onde vista alcança. Em cima do armário, atrás a porta, etc, é sujo. A proprietária é muito péssima - no primeiro café da manhã disse que não "pagamos" para 3 pessoas, sendo que a reserva foi para 3 pessoas. Ela disse que o preço estava errado. Fala sério? Depois ficou com cara ruim o tempo todo. Não tinha TV no quarto, conforme anunciado. O café da manhã é feito por ela, então demora um pouco porque é só ela para atender todas as mesas, mas não é ruim. Meu marido achou uma larva em um mamão e sabe o que ela respondeu? "Em Foz do Iguaçu eu achei uma larva verde numa fruta..." Pode? Tem um bar nos fundos e a varanda do meu quarto dava de frente. Barulho e música até tarde. Meu filho passou mal e ela não foi nem um pouco prestativa, ao contrário, se negou a ajudar... Não recomendo!

手作りの朝食が美味しかったです。シャワー等の設備も満足です。 メインストリートにあるので、夜10時頃までダンスショーの音楽が聞こえる曜日もありましたが、そこまで気になりませんでした。スーパーも目の前にあり、レストランも近くに沢山あるので、とても便利でした。

The property is located in the perfect spot in town, making it easy to walk to get dinner, go to a tour agency, or walk to the beach. Along with that, the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, making sure you get to and from the airport easily, and making breakfast, among other things! The property itself is also beautiful, lovely flowers everywhere, the rooms themselves are large and clean, have air conditioning, and each room has a patio to sit outside on!

Peu d’informations sur les visites possibles: en basse saison les propriétaires ne sont pas là.... Confort moyen; Internet lent et capricieux (seulement dans la zone commune). Central, donc un peu bruyant.

Hotel administrado diretamente pelos donos, muito atenciosos. Café da manhã feito na hora e delicioso. Quarto amplo com ar condicionado e frigobar. Péssimo foi encontrar baratas dentro do quarto duas noites, além das varias outras que vi correndo pelo caminho até o quarto todas as noites.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location -able to walk to waterfront and many restaurants. Owners were very accommodating-transportation to and from airport-willingly picked up hat I had inadvertently left on tour van.

Nice hotel managed by owners, close to restaurants and night places. Edith Pakarati the owner is a marvelous hostess with a deep knowledge of Rapa Nui history and culture.

Bill is very helpful and showed us the best places to eat and go. Edith however seemed to take great delight in delaying various guests when leaving and was not customer orientated. However overall the Hotel is good value if you get AC and TV, which we did.

Great place
I really enjoyed the stay. The bed was comfortable. They are one of the few hotels on the island that has wifi. Most don't.

Cute place in town
This is a cute place in a great location. It is not on the water but it is right in town so you can walk to shops and restaurants. The service was great and the staff was excellent. They were able to help us coordinate our plans, get a rental car, schedule a tour. They were very helpful. My only suggestion is that the bathroom, especially the shower, needs some TLC. It is a bit grimy and the floor is soft. If it had a nice bathroom it would have been the perfect stay.

A good hotel on Easter Island
The location of Taura'a Hotel is excellent, in the middle of the town and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and, Ahu Tahai. It is also less than a mile to airport, the hotel provides complimentary airport transportation. The hotel is simple but serves its purpose. No air conditioning in room but a ceiling fan. The breakfast was good, better than most hotels in its class. The owner's husband was very nice and helpful, drove us around the town and gave lots of insights after picked us up from airport. We booked a triple room with 3 adults and one child at Hotels.com, however, with triple room, the hotel honors only three breakfast, the child needs to pay at $27/day. However, the owner waived us the charge as a Christmas gift. The wi-fi was not good, extremely slow and only limited in the reception area with no signal in the room.

Iorana Thank you for your comment, we try our best in the services, the wifi is always a problem on the island as the internet is very slow, this is because we live so far away and so isolated, it is a problem of connectivity from chile. We now have one of the fastest wifi on the island, so no more problem with connection. Best Regards

Falsa disponibilidade de TV,ar condicionado e WIFI
As informações publicadas de que os quartos tem TV, ar condicionado e WIFI não é verdadeira. Apenas alguns poucos quartos possuem essas amenidades, apesar da reserva constar que todos os apartamentos são equipados. Quando mencionado o fato para a dona do estabelecimento, ela responde grosseiramente falando que sabe disso e não pode fazer nada, já que demoram muito em fazer a instalação de serviços na ilha. Você acaba pagando o mesmo preço para um quarto sem nenhuma amenidade que um um quarto completo. As toalhas nunca são trocadas, mesmo se ficam molhadas. Os quartos são cobertos por telhas ficando muito quentes à tarde e no começo da noite. Sem o ar condicionado a sensação é de estar em um forno. O único ponto favorável desse hotel é a localização que é na Avenida principal, porém existem outros hoteis na região. Recomendo que procurem outro, porque o risco é alto de reservarem um quarto dizendo que possui várias amenidades como ar, TV e WIFI e chegando lá o seu quarto não terá nada disso e você pagará o mesmo preço. Também as pessoas não estão disponíveis 24 horas por dia na recepção. Se vc precisar de algo durante à noite, não há ninguem para auxiliar (apenas uma placa com telefones de emergencia)

3 night stay at Hanga Roa
A very attentive owner that puts pride in her work. Edith was very hospitable and made the best breakfast and fresh juice every morning for us. The hotel is centrally located and can walk to every where with restaurants and dance show near by.
