Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this thoughtfully furnished home is perfect for families, traveling professionals, or anyone looking to enjoy the Charleston area while staying somewhere peaceful and relaxing.



    Minutes from major highways, shopping, dining, and local attractions. You’ll have easy access to Downtown and North Charleston and area beaches—all without the noise and crowds.



    The Space:

    This home is thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable, stylish, and truly private stay. With a clean, modern layout and carefully chosen finishes, the space feels open, calm, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.



    Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, allowing you to settle in and relax without interruption. Whether you’re here to unwind, work remotely, or spend time with loved ones, the home offers a quiet environment where you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.



    There is a detached garage with a beautiful one bedroom in-law suite in the backyard. This is also available as a rental. That rental guest will not have access to the backyard for anything other than entering and leaving via the staircase which is in the backyard. If you would like to book the in-law suite as well let us know and we will provide you with a link to it!



    We respect our guests’ privacy above all else—you won’t be disturbed during your stay, but we’re always available should you need anything. Our goal is for you to feel completely at ease, comfortable, and at home.



    Guest Access:

    Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a secure boarding pass through Enso. This form collects all pertinent and important details related to your stay and allows us to provide you with everything you need for a smooth check-in.



    Once completed, you’ll receive all arrival instructions, including your unique access code, along with helpful stay details. This process helps ensure a seamless, safe, and well-organized experience for every guest.



    The Neighborhood:

    As a guest in Bowen Waterfront Village, you’ll enjoy the very best of Lowcountry coastal living in a peaceful, amenity-rich setting. The community offers a neighborhood pool, deep-water access, scenic walking trails, and a nearby dock—perfect for relaxing days on the water or leisurely evening strolls.



    Nature and convenience come together right outside your door. Enjoy wooded walking trails throughout the community, easy access to the waterfront, and Skipper Park located directly behind the home—ideal for families. Start your morning with coffee at Brew Café, enjoy a game of pickleball, cool off at Founders Pool, or take advantage of the lake access and community boat ramp. Boat slips may also be rented if needed, making it easy to explore the waterways.



    Within minutes, you’ll find popular local favorites including Nigel’s Good Food, Famulari’s Pizzeria, and Lowe’s Foods in nearby Tanner Plantation.



    Whether you’re sipping coffee on the patio, spending the day on the water, or exploring Charleston’s vibrant dining and culture, Bowen Waterfront Village offers the perfect balance of relaxation, recreation, and prime location—an ideal setting for your Lowcountry getaway.



    To help maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, both inside and outside the home.



    Getting Around:

    The location truly can’t be beat. Just minutes from Downtown Charleston, Charleston International Airport, Joint Base Charleston, and the Naval Weapons Station, this home provides effortless access to everything you need while still feeling like a tranquil retreat away from the crowds. Downtown Charleston and local beaches are both approximately a 20-minute drive. You’re also close to I-526 and I-26 for easy commuting, Park Circle, and so much more.

    We have a no parties or events policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.



    For the safety and security of all guests and our property, we require that all guests provide a valid government-issued ID (passport) via messaging after booking. The name on the ID must match the reservation. Reservations will not be confirmed if the required ID cannot be provided.



    Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

    For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.



    The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. The rental was outstandng and filled with little things that make the stay incredible. As an example the door lock was programmed for the last four digits of my cell phone. Every room had a smart TV in it so you could watch any program you wanted. They had these little squeeze tubes of shampoo and conditioner. Outstanding. The only fly in the ointment was the oven, while the stove top burners all worked flawlessly the over would not heat up, the digital pad showed it was preheating but it never got hot. We had two Electrician mates nuclear, one Journeyman toolmaker and a construction electrician high school student and no one could get the over to work. The host was great with specific instructions but still the overn would not work. We found ways around it so it did not hamper the stay. Overall it was an amazing stay and the hosts were incredible. You will not be sorry if you rent this property. Thank you and take care.
