The charged room rate comes from online booking originally, we overlooked it and don't realise the reason at begining, plus during that morning we are busy with other guests' breakfast and you are leaving in a rush, think we miss the opportunity to rectify the mistakes immediately upon departure, We are sorry again for above happenings and hope still have the chance to do the refund.
