"Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs."

"First impressions were good – the ground and first floors were clean and well equipped. The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments.
