"This location is on point and had all the basic amenities you need. Perfect for commuting around VA Beach. Only negative was the parking. You have to find street parking but it was do-able and most of the time really easy. This is a basic, comfortable, and clean rental. Great communication with host."

"First the good: the place was clean the rep there assisted my mother with coming up the stairs and she provided a lot of other information shower pressure was excellentThe bad: my mother had to be escorted up the stairs because it was not advertised that you would have to go upstairs if you had units 3 or 4. The stairs, more than 20 steps are steep. the hallway, bathroom, and rooms are small I would recommend this place if you are staying one night and you are single....
