"This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....

"Perfect house for our family group. Enjoyed the decks. The house is very quiet and peaceful and in a very convenient location. Easy walk to beach and short walks/drives to grocery, restaurants, etc. Super clean and plenty of spaces to spread out. Enjoyed the rockers and porch swing, and had dinner on the deck which was great. "

"We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. Check in/out was easy. The surrounding property is lush and private. Very family and dog friendly. 4x4 is of course a must, as it’s a hike from the pavement down the beach. Grocery/food options are nonexistent nearby but the seclusion is what makes this area special."
