WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They have roaches, property isn’t clean and the staff member literally mocked me and rolled her eyes at me. We left our stay early and are trying to get a refund. Expedia didn’t help us either. Stop booking through Expedia

While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. We certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the pest & odor you experienced. While I know how unsettling it can be to encounter a pest, please know that we take a proactive approach by internally inspecting each room and having external pest control companies provide treatments on a regular basis. We will investigate each of the issues that you have noted to correct and improve our hotel. Because your reservation was booked through a third-party, this unfortunately limits what we can do in terms of directly handling any type of refund resolution for your experience. However, I do see that you checked out & we notified the third party of your departure & authorized the cancelation of the remainder of your stay. However, any additional refunds will need to be requested through them.We apologize that during your stay you had an unpleasant experience.

It is set up as a suite with kitchen amenities, which is nice. They could do better with their cleaning in the rooms.

They gave me the wrong room initially and was not a good experience moving everything out and then having them call to tell me my card was "declined" when it really wasnt and it was just to let me know i was in the wrong room.

It was great to have access to a pretty full kitchen and the room layout was comfortable. I was put on the “dog floor”, which sucked because I like to be on higher levels, hate the noisiness since the room is near exits, and hated hearing other dogs barking. My dog is 3 lbs and doesn’t bark so hearing them scared her. Also, I arrived at 2:00 pm and they made me wait to check in until 3, which was really messed up since the room was ready. Everywhere I stay allows you to check in upon arrival (granted that it’s within a reasonable time frame) because they know the hassle many individuals go through during travel. No problem sleeping during late hours, as the building and exterior was quiet. You could see but not hear the adjacent highway so that was a plus. There was ample trash cans in the room LOL I would stay again if I was looking for a budget hotel.

Lady who went out of her way came out to my car and said ma'am your room is ready!! Fantastic customer service, after that was like talking to a wall ...only other person nice was cleaning girl asked for fresh towels, she was quick to hand me some, rest should be fired!! Give those two a RAISE keep them at all costs

Loud knocking on my door 8am from housekeeping asking me if I was leaving. I was sleeping good…checkout was at 11 it aggravated me so bad and I was tired I couldn’t even fall back asleep there was no point! Then she came back at 1040 like geezus!!!!

It was a nice room with two beds in their new updated room but the walls were peeling, the phones didn’t work, when I first arrived the dishes were dirty, and the doors constantly locked

Nice secluded area. Overall the stay was quiet and uneventful. Our suite did have a few snags however. The stopper in the tub (we reported) was inoperable. We have small children so shower only or a running bath was not ideal. To the cleaning staff, please be mindful to clean the sofas and pull out. They're was a noticeable amount of pet hair on the sofa. Also, a cookie in the floor under the pull out. The kitchen floor also needed a scrub. We had a water spill and the clean-up towel was dark after cleanup. Staff was accommodating. Can't beat the price, but please do take care.

I used to stay at this property when it was in the IHG group which is why I decided to stay even though it had changed. However, it could stand some updating as the furnishings look tired and worn and not as clean as before. I hate to give a bad review, but I cannot give a dishonest one. I do not consider this a three star hotel. It was convenient to the place I needed to be, but I do not see using it again.
