Nice place on the water
The unit was exactly as described. Good view of the ocean. The unit was clean and comfortable. Has a Keurig coffee maker. Check-in was easy and we loved using to codes for entering (no keys needed!)

What a view!!
Great spot to relax and enjoy the views with my sister. Melissa was very accessible when I had initial questions. The sunrise was gorgeous and the sea filled with surfers after a storm.

Sisters by the Sea
Our stay here was awesome! From the time we opened the door to our balcony and heard the ocean waves and smelled the sea air, we were blown away by how lucky we were to have secured this rental! The owner was very responsive. We had all the info we needed to set ourselves up for our sisters week long stay. The parking space provided was much appreciated. The elevator was a great help, and we did use the well maintained on-site laundry. My sister said the big bed was comfortable, and I personally used the new pull-out couch all week and was very comfortable. We were also treated to some beautiful sunrises! I would definitely recommend this property and hope we will be able to return soon.

Property was fine. Shower handle broken Wet carpet smell but it was damp and rainy Screen ripped. Enjoying the beach is dependent on the tides Sunrise great Great proximity to downtown

Hi Joyce. I didn’t notice the screen was ripped when we checked the place. The shower handle is tricky which is why we leave instructions in the bathroom

Is there any better sound than ocean waves?
This was a perfect set-up and location for me.—comfortable room, covered parking, elevator, nearly zero "people noise" from other units, and (the reason I chose this place) the constant sight and sound of the ocean. I had a project to work on during my stay and had brought extra stuff to accomplish that; hence, the elevator comment. The bath needed a new shower curtain liner and that is the only reason I marked 4 stars on cleanliness. Otherwise, all was as you would expect and be glad to find. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay
We really enjoyed staying at Melissa’s condo - great location to use as a “home base” to explore New England. We loved how close it is to the beach, and that the beach is not the main one - mostly deserted and quiet, with cute families enjoying it on the weekend. This was perfect for us. Thank you!

a little way out
I was a little disappointed that the location was not within walking distance of the main boardwalk, but falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night was awesome! Furniture could use an update, but comfortable enough. Owners were immediately responsive to any messages sent. Very easy and private check-in and check-out. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Beautiful view, old and dirty
The good parts of this rental is the view from the balcony, and it's quiet. The bad parts of this rental are mold on the shower curtain, no toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathroom, only two coffee cups, no wine glasses, one beer glass. The couch is so dirty you can't sit on it, it needs to be replaced. The blankets were dirty with stains all over them. So if you decide to rent this room, bring so your own stuff, blankets, sheets, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, hand towels, shower curtain, etc... I would not recommend this rental!!!

Samuel, I am sorry to hear this. We leave enough to get you started not the length of the entire stay. our cleaners go in with new sheets, towels, blankets..all freshly cleaned. i wish you had reached out with any issues during your stay.

Beach Getaway
You can't beat the location of this property, directly across from the beach and beach access. The balcony was just perfect for watching the sunrise. I felt very safe in the building with exterior & interior coded doors. You might want to bring your own dishes and utensils. Just about every item we took from the cupboard and drawer was not washed and had food dried on. The couch was filthy - stained and dirty. The bathroom and kitchenette surfaces were clean. So, if you are going for the beach experience, this is absolutely perfect. If you are going to be in the room all the time, this might not be the best fit. It was perfect for my trip.

Had a fantastic week-long stay! I am new to the VRBO experience, but found it to be a very easy and enjoyable way to vacation. Melissa our host was very helpful and accessible. (We only needed her 1time!) We were right on the beach and the room was everything my wife and wanted and needed. I will definitely be looking at this property again when I am home in the future!

Perfect Home Away From Home
Amazing views, steps away from the beach, beautiful sunrises. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well kept. The building was secure and beautifully maintained. Can't wait to stay again.

It is the second time staying at this condo and had no complaints during our 10 day stay. The owner is extremely cooperative & pleasant, the location perfect with the beach right across the street, the neighborhood safe & the building clean. Perfect vacation spot.

Such a beautiful spot!
We enjoyed our stay. The balcony was a great place to chill after a day at the beach which was right across the street. As long you knew when high and low tide were the beach experience was perfect! I would recommend staying here. Melissa was so quick at getting back to us with whatever questions we had. Just the vacation we needed!

Clean and across street from ocean
The check in process was easy and the communication with Melissa was great. Very responsive. The place was clean and cozy. TV had some free movies on it and it was a 2 minute drive from the Hampton Beach strip where you can shop, get a bite to eat or see a free concert. The weekend we went had the sand castle contest. They were amazing. We highly recommend this place.

The view is good, probably better on floors above 2. We could see the water, road and cement blocking. There is NO beach at this location to walk the water. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and covering the shower head. However we did,Get to listen to the ocean.

Beautiful View
This was a perfect getaway!!!! The view was absolutely beautiful, the area was quiet and we didn't have to worry about all of the chaos around the beach area. Nice quiet nights on the balcony before bed. I Loved it and I'm sure I will stay there again. Thank You. I highly recommend this place.
