Nunca pude hacer check-in, me parece una falta de respeto y consideración llegar al hotel y que no tengan habitaciones disponibles cuando ya había pagado la reserva, además de q andaba con menores para hacerlos pasar por esa situación luego de un día agotador.

Vale lo que cuesta
El hotel no es lujoso ni nada, tipo motel. Como ya dije vale lo que cuesta. La primera impresión cuando llegue a la hab no me gustó, olía a cigarrillos y estaba lleno de polvo. Como persona preparada ya había llevado mi Lysol y mi Clorox, no me moleste en limpiar la hab. Fuimos tres personas, al bañarnos nos dimos cuenta que la bañera no bajaba el agua, lo indicamos en la recepción y los informaron que al día siguiente iría el plomero, pasa que en esa misma noche el baño se tapa. En la mañana informamos que el baño se tapó y nos informan que el plomero llevaba en unos minutos, luego de 1 hora, nos llaman a la hab el teléfono no funcionaba so que tuve que llamar de mi teléfono personal, me indicaron que el plomero tenía el día libre que nos iban a cambiar de hab. Perfecto hicimos los cambios la habitación está estamos más limpia y no olía a cigarrillos. Casi nunca estábamos en el hotel solo dormíamos allí. El día del check-out lo hicimos a las 11:00am pero mi hermana se percata que olvido sus AirPods en la hab y procede a llamar al hotel a ver si las housekeeping lo habían encontrado, en fin hicimos el check-out el viernes 12 de junio y hoy martes 16 nadie le ha dado razón de ellos, le informan que no se quedó nada en la hab, que debe hablar con el supervisor del housekeeping en la mañana, cosa que nunca cogen el teléfono en la mañana. El punto de los AirPods no es que la housekeeping se quede con ellos es que, repórtalos por si lo reclaman, por menos pierdes tu trabajo.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review about your stay with us. I am sorry your room smelled of cigarettes. We are a non smoking hotel and have a very strict no smoking policy here. I am glad we were able to move you to a room that didn't have that smell. When our housekeepers find anything left in the rooms by the guests, they immediately let the front desk and manager know and we contact the guest.

At about 3:00 a.m. my children and I were woken up by the sound of a rodent. We were moved to a different room within a few minutes but the new room was just across the hall so that wasn't very comforting.

Staff seemed to handle a very challenging weekend (2 days of Goose at the Coliseum) very well. room phone did not work, but hotel was orderly, clean and mostly quiet - even after the shows. Always plenty of ice, we got good sleep and had a very nice time.

The checkin process took forever. The bathroom in my room had very poor water pressure and the faucet on the shower was loose/broken.

When I arrived in my room, an open bar soap with wraper was in the shower on the small soap dish in the shower. Shower was clean without rings in the tub but I wondered if the shower was actually sanitized and cleaned prior to my arrival. Cleaning, reception and all staff were courteous and friendly so I didn’t alert them. The treadmill in the small gym didn't work at all. There was a ",speed error" on thr panel.I replugged the unit and no change. I used the elliptical and still got a work out.

Discriminación
Me discriminaron por no hablar inglés, limpieza terrible, desplumó fatal, el baño estaba tapado y con mal olor, me cambiaron las sábanas con sábanas mojadas. El trato fue rudo y discriminatorio, no me brindaron traductor en español.

Lamentamos que se haya sentido discriminado. Sin embargo, tratamos de entenderlo con la aplicación Google Translate. Tenemos 4 empleados que hablan español y de ninguna manera pretendemos que se sienta discriminado
