Nice condo
The condo was just big enough for two of us , it was near everything .. the bed was comfy and it was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen.. The AC worked great , ceiling fan didn’t work we were unable to turn it on for some reason .. Contacted the owner to let her know , she did try walking us through how to turn it on but for whatever reason we couldn’t get it on .. Bringing up your luggage wasn’t the easiest due to It’s on the second floor. Otherwise we had a great time and would rent again in future.

Location, location, location!
Lines right up with I street, placing us closer than we'd ever stayed to the busy strip, playground, etc. With a kitchenette we try not to eat out. Therefore, we try to think of everything we might need and not have, like spatulas, cookie sheets, measuring cups, etc. We didn't need to bring any of that! The full sized fridge and freezer made things a lot easier for us. We especially loved sipping our coffees on the balcony each morning. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Off-season beach getaway
This is an perfect small apartment for two. It is updated, clean, well stocked with anything you might need, and with cute beachy decore (we loved the little fireplace). The murphy bed is very comfortable and the spacious bathroom was a nice surprise. Debbra was a gracious host and we will definitly return and recommend to our friends and family.

Location is good but…not toddler friendly
Pros- location, very cute apartment, clean Cons- not toddler friendly*, Murphy bed was very uncomfortable and the owners don’t want you to use the pull out couch unless there’s more people, the owners sent us something to sign the day of check in when we booked the place 3 months prior (we had to download an app and upload their paperwork, sign it, and send it to them) *not toddler friendly- next to the oven, there are shelves. The cutlery were sorted and put in bins on the shelves, including steak knives. They were within reach of our toddler and luckily we noticed it before he did and could get them out of reach. I appreciate the kitchen is tiny, but that’s not a safe place to put steak knives. Investing in a small knife block and putting it on the fridge would be better. All the cutlery could go up there since the kitchen is so tiny. The coffee accessories (sugar creamer, etc) could go on the side so it’s safer. Overall our trip was good, the location was nice, and we had fun.

Great place to stay for Rockfest Half Marathon in October!
This is a cute well appointed efficiency within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Kitchen is fully stocked. It was super close to the start and finish of the Rockfest Half Marathon which made it a great place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk to the beach as well.

Place was super clean! The other people in the condos were so nice! Walking distance to the beach,casino,restaurants and wallys! Best fish and chips around! The owner was super easy to communicate to all was done with no.contact! We loved it so.much we rebooked for next year as soon as we got home!

Perfect beach getaway!
I was staying with my 11-year-old son for his surf camp up at Summer Sessions in Rye. This lodging was perfect for our needs. Very easy parking (some other rentals mentioned extremely challenging parking), an actual usable kitchen (many similar rentals had a hot plate at most - this home has a tiny but very functional kitchen where you can cook a proper meal!), and a fantastic location - just a block from the gorgeous beach, fried dough, and arcades! Everything was walkable but from the balcony seat (we sat outside all the time; it was so nice!) it was peaceful and quiet with a great sunset. It was the perfect place to enjoy Hampton Beach! I will note it is a really small place - with more than 2 people you might feel cramped - but that's just as advertised and it was absolutely perfect! Hosts were very kind and accessible and kept the place spotless. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Again, highly recommended for a beach getaway!

Great little place
The studio was very cute and it's so close to the beach! It was nice being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the fireworks too. Overall, a great little place to stay that puts you right near the beach.

Magnifique escapade
Mes filles et moi avons apprécié le studio à proximité de tout à pieds. Très joliment rénové, cela nous mets tout de suite dans l’ambiance bord de mer… La propreté et la proximité du studio c’était parfait pour nous. Un peu petit pour une famille de quatre selon moi. Très bien équipé pour préparer des petits plats. De plus, Debbra est super efficace et rapide pour répondre au besoin. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment.

Although small the unit was super comfortable and clean. The Location was perfect and communication was great. Highly recommend this place! Only note I will make: It is small so, more than 2 people would not be comfortable, in my opinion.

Super cute, clean, and convenient!
We loved this little studio! It was perfect for the two of us. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, the unit is extremely clean, and has everything you need. We were in town for a concert at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. It was right down the street. We easily walked there as well as to the beach and many restaurants & pubs. Such a beautiful area! We drove up the coastline to Portsmouth and Kittery. There are so close and have great breweries, food, & shopping. Easy booking, check in, and check out. Highly recommend and we hope to be back to stay a little longer and enjoy the beach.

Clean, homey, great location.
The whole process was easy minus issues with my phone. It had all the comforts of home including band aids which I needed. The location was also convenient right In the middle where I needed to be. It was also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely go back in the future.

Girls getaway
This was my friend and I second stay here this year. We love it for a girls getaway. It is in walking distance to everything and the condo has everything we need. The owner Debra is excellent in communicating and texts back promptly. We can't wait till our next girls getaway.

Location...
Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. The unit itself is very nice & clean, with a lot of nautical touches. Definitely for only 2 people comfortably. Short walk to the main street with all shops, restaurants, bars. Beach is short walk also.

Thank you for your kind words. It sleeps four comfortably as we have had many stays where we have had up to four guests at a time. With so much to do in the area, often times your never in the studio. Many guests would prefer this then a congested hotel room. We hope to host you again in the future. My friend and I needed a girls time out and this was perfect. Even though the weather did not cooperate we had a great time. A list of restaurants that deliver in torrential rain and wind would be a great plus lol.

Perfect Little Getaway
I was looking for a weekend getaway by myself and this was the perfect space! The space is very clean and well maintained with thoughtful furniture for the size. Nice bathroom with tub that I was able to take a bath and relax. Debbra alway responded right away when I reached out, she is a great host. Kitchen space is very small for someone like me who likes to make all my own food but I made it work. Great location close to beach. I went during winter for a spa getaway, but I hope to come back again in the summer time!
