This waterfront property includes a permanent boat dock, perfect for boating, kayaking, swimming, and enjoying lake activities. A cozy spacious covered porch to view the breathtaking lake.
We are adding another full bathroom in October 2025 and will update the pictures, when it is finished. Adding a washer and dryer also.
Seven day minimum stay from June 12, 2026- August 28, 2026, Friday to Friday. Any other stays are 3 day minimum.
Visit the wineries, go hiking, enjoy 9 holes of golf, view waterfalls, and local activities, or just stay on lake!
Maximum of 6 people and 3 vehicles. Message us with questions.
No parties permitted. All renters subject to NY penal law sec. 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
No smoking.
Remember this short term rental is in a residential area.
Place trash in receptacles. Littering is illegal. Trash cans can not remain on roadside beyond garbage pick up day.
