"Had a great weekend in this tiny home. It's really well appointed and modern. Plenty of how water and a great shower. It was really cold while we were there, but had a heat pump so we were cozy. Takeaway and pub a short drive away in Tamahere. It was an easy short flat walk to the Te Awa River path which allowed us to walk to Hamilton Gardens in around 1 hour on beautiful boardwalks along the Waikato river. As it's a tiny home and the bed on the mezanine, you can't stand up in the bedroom, but...

"beautiful house - great amenities - could do with a few more heaters / electric blankets / blankets in the bedrooms. Admittedly we stayed on the coldest day of the year, but 2 of us were from the SI and even we found it cold."

The house is on a major road in Hamilton, but the traffic and noise was hardly noticeable give the distance away from the city center.Wi-FI was fast and stable. Kitchen had all the kitchenware and utensils I needed to cook and eat by myself. The washing machine was pretty small but it beat having to find a laundromat. "Excellent communication throughout the process. Home was immaculately clean and so well organized. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters and the layout was perfect for dinners and games together as well as enough space for down time. The garden and outside space was fantastic- and we were there at the end of winter.The location was very convenient, very close to the hospital, yet overall quiet.
