Our access is designed to be secure and after hours guests are able to use the call bell at the entrance to check in. A staff member is always very close by to help and guide our guests to the correct parking space.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, we are please that you enjoyed your stay. We do occasionally have people who do upset the tuning of the TV's however our housekeeping team try to check to ensure they are correctly tuned for incoming guests, unfortunately this one may have been missed. We do also have secure parking however this is limited therefore we do recommend requesting this at the time of booking.

Thank you for pointing out the issue with the shower, this has now been attended to. Free wifi is available depending on the package booked, we are happy to explain the options. We do offer secure undercover parking however again to ensure availability we do recommend contacting us prior to arrival. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback it is really appreciated. Our reception is not manned from 7pm in the week and from the slightly earlier time of 5pm on the weekends. However we do have a team member on call 24 hours per day and they are happy to help at any time. After surveying many of our regular guests we moved to a new digital channel which includes many 100's of the latest movies, and foreign channels including Chinese which are released ahead of most formats - at the same time as the airlines receive them. Should the Sky sports channel be essential our Quest Hamilton property in London street does offer Sky. In the meantime we do hope to see you again soon.
