    Located in the quiet, sought-after Ryckmans neighborhood on the Hamilton Mountain, this area offers the perfect mix of suburban peace and urban accessibility. You are steps away from everything you need.

    From Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) – ~45-60 mins away
    By Car: A straightforward 50km drive via Hwy 403 and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway (The Linc).

    By GO Transit: Take the GO Bus Route 40 from Pearson Terminal 1 directly to the Hamilton GO Centre downtown. From there, a 15-minute Uber or a bus ride up the mountain will get you to the front door.

    Residential Quiet: As this is a peaceful family neighborhood, we kindly ask for no parties or loud music, especially after 10:00 PM.

    Host On-Site: We live in the upper unit. While the suite is fully private with its own entrance, you may occasionally hear the typical `sounds of life` (muffled footsteps or quiet voices) from above during the day.

    Climate Control: The unit is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, which is managed from the main thermostat upstairs. We always aim for a comfortable temperature, but please message us if you’d like an adjustment!

    Parking strictly for one: We provide one dedicated spot in the driveway. Please let us know if you are arriving in an oversized vehicle (large truck/van) so we can ensure a smooth fit.

    Safety First: For your peace of mind, the exterior of the property is monitored by a security camera overlooking the driveway and entrance.
    No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free property. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping inside the unit or near open windows/doors. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply for any violations.

    Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the host family upstairs, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    Registered Guests Only: Only the guests included in the original booking are permitted on the property at any time. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors without prior approval.

    No Parties or Events: Small gatherings are not permitted. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

    Parking: Please park only in the designated spot on the right side of the driveway. Do not block the sidewalk or the other side of the driveway.

    Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the bins provided inside. If your stay is long-term, we will provide a schedule for curb-side pickup.

    Furniture & Decor: Please do not rearrange the furniture or remove items from the suite.
