"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My...

"Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! "

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. Our host was exceptionally responsive and communicative, making everything from check-in to check-out easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with...

"Great house, location, and pool! Really enjoyed our stay."

"The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub."

"What an amazing house! It exceeded my expectations- the attention to detail was impressive. So many great outside spaces, a cozy fireplace, a kitchen for everyone to gather, and pet friendly! We will definitely be back. "

"The lodge and property were beautiful and exactly as described. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations!"

"Beautiful home in a great location! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Margaretville is close by for shopping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals but if you’re looking for a nice dinner out the Hidden Inn in South Kortright is outstanding. Paula is a great host and available if needed. Highly recommend this home ! Will definitely be back again!"

"Beautiful home in the middle of nature. Lots of privacy. Hot tub was amazing. Fire pit too! I could go on and on. It’s worth every penny."

"We enjoyed ourselves greatly! Very Nice Property, and Chalet Style Home with everything you need. We highly recommend staying here. And Mr. Pope was a great host."
