Es un hotel de diseño muy céntrico
La cama es comodísima y la ducha es enorme. Además cuenta con un salón en la habitación

Återkommer gärna en tredje gång!!
Anländer med bil och parkerar den utanför på gatan. Det uppmärksammas av personalen på en gång som hjälper till med bagaget. Fint och rymligt rum med skön säng, lagom mjuk och sköna kuddar. Bra miljötänk att badrumsartiklar inte var i engångsförpackningar. Frukosten har extremt bra råvaror till alla de rätter menyn erbjuder. Därefter prissättningen med för den kostar en hel del. Besökte Brasseriet en kväll där vi upplevde personalen som lite väl ouppmärksam, glömde servera beställda drycker bland annat. Deras bar är väldigt mysig med drinkar som smakade väldigt bra. Kan rekommendera hotellet till alla som ska besöka Hamburg. Vill även berömma den trevliga personalen.

Room was lovely with very high ceilings giving feeling of space. Hotel is very close to shopping area though the area is a bit devoid of atmosphere early morning, evening and night. Food and beverage is very expensive in the hotel and I do draw a line at 30 Euros for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On the first night the fire alarm went off at midnight. We stayed 20 minutes downstairs. The next day when we asked what happened they explained it was a false alarm and no apology was given to us. Great quality breakfast but extremely slow. It's served à la carte, so you have to wait forever for them to bring you what you ordered. Comfortable, clean rooms and attentive staff.

High service level from experienced staff
Excellent service level alltrough check in to the check out. High service level from experienced staff in the brasserie restuarant and exellent breakfast offer. One of the best high level hotel offers in Hamburg at the moment.

Perfekt nytårsaften i Hamburg
Vi havde et fantastisk nytårsophold på Tortue. Hotellet havde sat alle sejl op, for at vi og de andre gæster fik en god oplevelse. Vi nød det høje og venlige serviceniveau alle stede og den festlige stemning i hotellets restauranter og barer.
