Mi lugar en Hamburgo, excelente atención y zona!!
Excelente el hotel, la ubicación pero tengo que destacar la atención de mostrador del muchacho que hablaba español! Realmente me sentí muy en casa, la habitación espaciosa (suite) y todo funcionaba correctamente! Lo único que necesitaría mejorar es el personal que hace el cuarto diariamente, pero lo demás fue impecable!

Situación, personal
La situación del hotel es perfecta. Se llega al centro de Hamburgo y a todas las zonas de interés andando. El personal es amable y la habitación, en nuestro caso cuádruple muy bien. Además es muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto al hotel. El desayuno es muy completo.

We recently stayed here for the Hamburg Marathon. The hotel is a short walk from the start / finish area, close to public transport, and many good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, and our room was very quiet and comfortable. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
An sich war alles fein. Die Lage ist herausragend gut. Das Hotel wirkt einerseits modern und schick, dabei aber ein wenig kühl und unpersönlich. Schwierig zu beschreiben. Die Toiletten im Foyer sind dagegen einfach völlig aus der Zeit gefallen, was wirklich verwundert. Das Personal ist nett und auch bemüht, am Frühstücksbuffet gingen aber regelmäßig Tassen und andere Artikel aus, was nicht von selbst wahrgenommen wurde.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Landungsbrücken, Michl und vieles mehr ist fussläufig super zu erreichen. Auch die U-Bahn Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten ist wirklich nennenswert. Sie sind stets bemüht den Wünschen der Gäste entgegenzukommen. Auch sind die Betten wirklich hervorragend. Da wir leider einen Arzt brauchten wurde uns auch hier in ruhiger Art geholfen. Tolles Hotel in super Lage!

I'll start off by saying, the staff here are fantastic. But cons, then pros. 1. Early check in. When I booked, I enquired about whether I could check in an hour or so earlier. They told me that I can come and ask, but if my room wasn't ready, I could drop off my bags. When I arrived, I was told "Your room is available, but we won't give you early check in unless you sign up to our Rewards program". Being accosted into signing up was an extremely uncomfortable experience. 2. Why am I paying extra for better WiFi? This is, supposedly, a 4 star hotel. If I am paying 175€ a night, I do not, at all, expect to have to PAY MORE for fast WiFi. 3. The Mini Bar prices are insane. Yes, I get it's a convenience thing. But 4€ for a bottle of beer that is 0.80€ in a store is extortionate. 4. The bar selection could use a rethink. A very very basic selection. 5. This is, as I said, supposedly a 4 star hotel. I would argue it's a 3 star. It is certainly overpriced for what it is. Pros: 1. The suites are awesome. Very big, and having multiple spaces is so nice. (But the bathroom has enough space for a bath too) 2. The staff always say hello and are awesome. They even gave me plasters for my feet when my shoes caused issues. 3. The location is close enough to Reeperbahn where you can walk to it or take a 5 minute Uber. But it's far enough away where you dont get thousands of drunk people stumbling around. Overall, returning is questionable.

Personalet i receptionen var ikke særligt nærværende og imødekommende. Rengøringspersonale rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Er fint hotel, stort og lækkert værelse med fin beliggenhed. Ærgeligt at oplevelse i reception trækker ned.
