"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la ópera y la estación, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, de las últimos hoteles que he visitado de la cadena, posiblemente es el más bonito. El hall es realmente precioso.
El personal de recepción muy correcto y atento.
La habitación estaba en la última planta y era más grande de lo habitual en un Motel One. Además, súper silenciosa y bien aislada.

"Hotel in general is ok but the fact that they wanted to charge extra for the Spa is not fair. You see on hotels.com pictures of the SPA it is included in primary service of hotel and nowhere it is written you need to pay extra its use. I have no problem to pay but the reaction of the receptionists was rather aggressive where I was the one that did not understand how it works.
Dear hotel if you publish lots of pictures of SPA facility and you put it in your description as primary service...

"We would have stayed another night if there had been availability but the hotel was fully booked. The owner's were very accommodating when we asked to leave our motorcycle in the car park, after the 11am check out, and they also very kindly agreed for us to leave our gear in the hotel until we came back later on in the day for a later check in at another hotel. This very much appreciated, Thank you once again. The room was big clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice...
