Booked a 3-night stay in 2 rooms and we found a bug/roach on one of the beds the second night. We called down to front desk and asked to be moved to another clean room. Front desk team/manager not only did not extend any apologies, but also was very slow to find a solution. They said the hotel was so out for the night and they can either move one of our rooms to Barrington Hotel or move the next night (cant still believe they could ask us to stay the night in the room with a bug on the bed). We then asked to be moved both rooms to Barrington that night since we stayed as a family. After nearly one hour, the manager managed to find us two rooms at Barrington Hotel and we packed our stuff and walked to the other hotel at 10pm (which was very inconvenient and hotel never initiated to assist us with luggage)
Pros: good location, hotel connects to Scotia Square with skywalk to nearby areas and waterfront.
Cons: rooms are quite old, smell very moist and loud AC. Customer service is not the greatest, therefore will not return here.
