"Staff was very welcoming and helpful. our rooms were clean and I was happy with the iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room. breakfast was great but as my partner was vegetarian he only had hash browns and beans it would be nice to have veggie sausages. we decided to eat in on our last night ..."

"Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación ."
