Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. "After exploring the area each day so lovely to come back to a warm comfy character cottage that had all the mod cons and very comfortable beds . Enjoyed the real fire one wet evening. Cottage perfect for walking around chipping campden. No real downside just the street around a little busy especially at school times but cottages has such thick walls you weren’t really aware of Traffic. Ravens in the trees around cottage could be a little noisy . Overall a truly enjoyable stay at Church Cottage ,"

We found the room boiling hot as no windows were opened. There was a fan in the room which made a incredibly loud racket and the doors to the balcony wouldn't open. We slept not well as a result of how hot it was. I'm sure our experience was a one-off but my feedback was brushed aside at check out. "
