  • Visit the beautiful Half Moon Bay and stay at our welcoming house with 3 bedrooms, an indoor fireplace, kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and free parking. Driving distance to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants.

    Welcome to our home hosted by Gi’angelo, Sharon, and Carmina. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns.

    The neighborhood is in a quiet tree lined street with families, children, and other working professionals. There are many great restaurants in a 1 mile radius, discussed in our home guide.

    Half Moon Bay is a gorgeous coastal community located approximately 35 minutes south of San Francisco that features the best of Northern California all in one place. Renowned restaurants, fresh local produce, family-friendly farms, quaint shops, historical buildings, golf courses, art galleries, beaches, world famous surfing, horseback riding on the beach, nearby wineries and redwood forests are in abundance all along a unique rocky shoreline.

    Guests access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone numbers. Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

    **Welcome to our Coastal Bliss located in Half Moon Bay, CA**

    The specially made layout has three well-sized bedrooms, and a comfy living room. The roomy kitchen, recently upgraded, has lots of counter space, cupboards, upgraded appliances, and granite countertops.

    Coastside communities in the Half Moon Bay area are strung together along Highway 1, which stretches north and south between San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Highways 92 and 84 are the only east-west access to the Peninsula.

    Most residents rely on their own means of transportation, however, SamTrans does provide limited public transportation while a general aviation facility located in Moss Beach provides for those with small planes. The Chamber also has several members that provide transportation services.

    Generally peak commute hours over Highway 92 eastbound are 6:30-8:30 am and 4-7 pm westbound, Monday through Friday. Of course, commute times may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.

    Early check-in/Late check-out request:
    Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

    Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

    Note: The garage is not for guest access and one room is locked (with owner's personal stuff inside).

    Additional note:
    The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 9.

    Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

    Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

    Note for using BBQ Grill: If the gas tank for the barbecue grill runs out, guests will need to refill and replace the propane tank. The cost for this will be approximately $25. There's an Ace Hardware nearby which is about 5 mins drive.

Property was perfect for our one night stay. Our party of people had changed at the last minute but they were accommodating and very understanding. House has everything you would need if you planned on staying longer. It was very clean and cozy.

Wonderful home with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very well situated in Half Moon Bay. The host is very responsive. The home was spotless when we arrived and each of the rooms were well appointed. Kitchen, amenities, and lots of coffee were supplied and very much appreciated.

Nice place

The house is clean, modern, well stocked & felt newly done. I did miss in the listing that it does not have a/c which would generally be fine in these temps, but does need a screen on the sliding door in an upstairs bedroom so door can be opened to cool the room in the evening.

My cousins and I stayed here for a little family reunion and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The whole place was very clean and furnished nicely. The surrounding area was very peaceful and beautiful, we had a lot of fun walking around and exploring. The host was very welcoming and friendly! I had left behind a pair of headphones and she was willing to work with me every step of the way to get the back to me. 10/10 would recommend!
