This open-plan living space encourages plenty of quality time with the party, all while enjoying views over the garden and surrounding fields. Call your friends over to the sofas and stretch out by the crackling wood burner while the TV provides the soundtrack to the evening. Spill out into the garden or grounds on balmier evenings, where after-dinner strolls around the wildlife pond provide countryside immersion like no other. At bedtime, find three well-proportioned bedrooms; one king-size with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms (one of which has an additional trundle bed, please request) which can share the family bathroom. There is also a cabin that can be used as a playroom. Start your morning with a mug of barista-quality coffee from the Nespresso machine and take it out into the grounds, where you can begin sizzling sausages on the outdoor BBQ.
Venture 1 mile to the quaint village of Bramfield, where a shop and deli provide lots of delicious treats for filling the cupboards on your holiday. Here, you'll also find a local pub, a golf course, and an equestrian centre offering horse riding lessons for adults and children. Alternatively, drive over to the Edwardian coastal town of Southwold, where you can meander down the award-winning pier, grab an ice cream on the busy harbour, or while away hours on the sandy beach.
