Anniversary trip

This house was in a great location. Staying ocean front was amazing and listening to the ocean all day and night was definitely a highlight of this location. The house had everything we needed and the communication with Glenn was great! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing property right on the beach! We had a wonderful stay, neighborhood is quiet and the beach is stunning and easily accessible. The sound of the ocean and the breeze at night made it so comfortable. We didn’t need much but Glenn was always responsive to questions and gave great suggestions for food options in the area. The house had everything we needed, everyone was happy and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

North Shore

This was a beautiful home, and excellent location to enjoy the beaches for kicking back or surfing and snorkeling. The views of the coast line beaches are beautiful, and The sunsets were amazing and the sounds of the Ocean well, you have to be there. Great place to enjoy your vacation.

Right on the beach

This house really is right on the beach. Amazing waves and going to sleep with the sound was a long forgotten pleasure. Well appointed place with lots of fans. Nice kitchen. Good location.

Paradise on the beach was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable and Glenn’s communication was stellar. I would definitely recommend you stay here when on the North Shore.

Location, Location

You can hear the surf 24 hours a day in every room in the house. The beach 40 feet from the house.It is close to Foodland, Ted’s and all of the great surfing spots and HaliwiaFor dinner restaurantsThe house is well constructed and nicely furnish.

Anniversary trip

Really enjoyed the house and location. Glenn was really good with communication and the house was comfortable and clean. There is a bike/walking path all the way down to Sharks Cove or up past Sunset Beach to keep youoff the main highway.

Terrific Beach House

Loved our time on Sunset beach at this great beach house. Easy beach access, great views, house was clean and well cared for. We swam every day in front of the house, loved walking to Ted’s bakery, and ease of exploring the north shore from this location. Great communication with the owner, check in and out was easy. Highly recommend for your Sunset beach vacation.

Excellent location

Good location on Ohau.. near surf beaches and is only a very short walk to Sunset beach and away from crowds..plenty of things to do and see in location going either side of island, gas station, atm, food truck with amazing thai food across the road and supermarket short drive ...very tidy and nicely furnished house...master suite upstairs was amazing, deck, lounge and large en suite...thankyou Glenn for an enjoyable and first time visit to Ohau

Great view, but dated

We spent a week here, enjoying ocean views from the back patio. The location is great, and the host gives good detailed instructions and is very responsive. The furniture etc is pretty dated, and the kitchen wasn't as well fitted out as would expect. For the price I expected a little more, though we had a nice time there.

Wunderschönes Haus an einmaliger Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung im Innenbereich. Leider nur 2 Liegestühle auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Wünschenswert wären deren 4 und etwas konfortablere. Bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes immer sofort freundliche und kompetente Rückmeldung.

Great location, comfortable stay

As a family of 6 (with kids aging from 2 years old to 8 years old) this house was just the right size. It is located at a perfect spot on Sunset Beach, and the outdoor patio and grass were great for the kids. I was thankful to find plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a handful of sand toys and some snorkel masks! Glenn was SUPER accommodating and a wonderful host. We had a special request and he was more than helpful to meet it!

Perfect North Shore stay

First, the view. You can’t get any better than the waves crashing right past the backyard. Simply beautiful. Beach had a sense of privacy. We could see surfers and beachgoers but our section was quiet. We were near everything. Second, the house. Big and open with fresh ocean breezes blowing in day and night. Beautiful home with a Hawaiian feel. Very clean. We definitely recommend this property and would love to return. feel

Christmas vacation

Enjoyed the location. Kitchen was nicely appointed to prepare meals. Having 6 adults stay here was a little difficult as the additional beds were very uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was finding space to all relax together as the living room had strange setup with outdated and very limited furniture. Would’ve been nice to have furniture that was a bit newer and appropriate for 6-8 people. Overall great location near surfing, food trucks and getting around different sides of the island.

Great North Shore Beachfront Location

My family and I spent a week at this beachfront property with full access to the beach. There are wooden steps that lead down from the backyard lawn to the sand. Unbelievable sunsets every night. Banzai Bowls right across the street was super handy for acai bowls and smoothies. It was fun cruising the bikes down the path to Shark's Cove. Great location if you want to be on the North Shore and have beach access steps from your door.
