"Perfection!! We’ve staying at Turtle Bay almost every year for 25 years and this was our favorite place. AC in every room, wheelchair accessible, Boogie boards, pickleball, tennis things, beach chairs, everything you need! Hopefully this condo is available next time we travel because it will be our number one choice from now on."

"We stayed in this condo with our 3 adult children for a few days. Their recent renovation was fantastic, and the bunk bed design in the family room was great - it gave everyone their own bed which accommodated our group very well. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the beach and playing pickleball on the courts with the set they provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"We were expecting a little nicer place from pictures. It was super hot upstairs upon arrival.Lots of fans blowing to keep it cool. It’s kind of old. Upstairs was low ceilings and we are pretty tall. Not ideal for 2 couples. One gets the real bedroom with AC and the other hauls everything upstairs and not as comfortable. Young family ok. It was too much money for what we got. Not terrible but not great either. "

"Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. "

"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
