"Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river."

"When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. "We loved meeting Jim and Joy, they were very nice and sweet to our boys. We had a great time on our weekend trip. The washer and dryer came in handy with two little ones! The kitchen was stocked with any need we could of had and was super clean! We will Come back for a nice quiet trip without the boys!"

"Views beautiful. Very serene & quiet, loved that. Nothing to do up there, which was fine with me. TV & cable, very out dated, if any. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Bugs in their. Deck needs a hand rail. First step is too steep. For a "To do nothing weekend " it was perfect, pretty much stayed outside. Never left the property, other than go to the store."
