"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!"

"We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"Our group of 6 (wife, friend, our three young kids, and myself) had a lovely time at this house. The house is bright, well maintained, clean, with a properly stocked kitchen. We had an amazing 3 day weekend without straying more than 10 minutes from the house. "Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!"

"Wonderful property that allowed me to disconnect and relax. The home was comfortable and clean. Although this may seem weird, the towels were hotel quality and the sheets were clean and fresh. I appreciate this because I’ve stayed at some rentals that the sheets and towels were very questionable. I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication by the property manager. They were awesome!"

"This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my partner. The place was clean and inviting. There were a few snacks along with coffee and tea provided by the hosts. The bathroom was well stocked. The town itself is adorable with some good restaurants within close driving/walking distance and lots of outdoor activities. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"This is a beautiful property. We had a lovely view of the sunrise on the mountain before we drove to Hunter to ski (about 11 miles / 16 minutes away) and then enjoyed the living room fireplace each evening. The property is close to both Hunter and Phoenicia for breakfast, dinner, or shopping but quiet and secluded enough to feel private and restful. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy breakfast by the creek and dinner on the large deck."

"We stayed at Mella’s property for our extended family gathering. It was wonderfully private and relaxing. We loved being able to all fit at one table for meals, but we also ate on the back deck and spent time around the campfire. "Beautiful artistically decorated rooms. Very cool. Free breakfast was ordering a breakfast bag - choices were typical continental. I misunderstood so didn’t get a bag. Better yet I went to a cool local restaurant for breakfast. Cell service was weak so that was frustrating. No maid service unless you ask for it but didn’t really need it. I loved this hotel.
