House was just as described, check-in and out went smoothly, the 2 bedrooms that shared the bathroom were a little warm since there's no fan on either of them but the weather was on the cooler side it wasnt an issue. Would book again.

This property was nice with plenty of room for our family during our stay. The location of this community is ideal with lots of shopping, restaurants and activities near. We enjoyed the Top Tracer golf simulator at the Golf Course a couple of times throughout our stay. Our favorite restaurants in the area: Egg City Diner, Manny's Chophouse and Sonny's BBQ - be sure to check them out!This house backs up to the golf course, which wasn't super busy during our stay. We used the pool / pool area daily; the pool and furniture were nicely maintained (Thursdays was pool maintenance day during our stay). Inside, the house itself was in decent condition with comfortable furniture and plenty of seating! Overall, the house could benefit from a good deep cleaning (vents, baseboards, light switches), however, the bathrooms were all very clean. We used the washer/dryer, grill and coffee pot, all which worked well.

Family get together

This beautiful house was exactly as advertised. Very nice golf course community with a well designed pool area that was great for our family as a nice meeting spot. The living area was nice with plenty of seating for us. The kitchen is well designed and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed and comfortable.

Low key area with nice golf course. Gated community with restaurants and a walmart closeby. I would ask to have the pool heated “covered “next time. We would stay here again if going back to Florida.

Lovely cost effective Orlando stay with amazing pool area

Great from the start, with really good communications, listing exactly matching the property and everything clean and tidy. Very safe neighbour too. Pool area great, with outside TV perfect for watching sports whilst the kids swim. Kitchen modern, with modern appliances. Walmart walkable, but you'll need a car to get anywhere, which is standard in Orlando (well most of America really). For the price, there is nowhere better to stay, very cost effective for what you get.

Great Stay

Great place to stay if wanting to visit both coast while on vacation! Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Communicating with Peo prior to the stay was very good and he answered our questions quickly. Would recommend to other users.

Great stay on the Dunes

The house was verry compleet even with 7 persons The lanai and pooldeck great even a televison outside this was our first time we had something like this We all realy enyoh the house The train that blow the horn at night was something else it was realy loud and wake you up The bed were after a coppel off day's oke even the beds make noise wen you moved a arm or leg But we al had a great time Thanks for let us stay in your house

Golf Retreat

Properly was perfect for our golf retreat. House was clean and ideally positioned on the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course. Our host, Peo, was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property in a great spot.

Waking up and having my coffee watching the sun rise over the golf course behind our property was a lovely first morning. We spent 90% of our time in the pool or on the patio, it was a perfect Florida experience. With great seating and a TV outside to catch up on the news or watch a movie we had no reason to be inside. The primary king bedroom had access to the patio through sliders or through the ensuite which was great for quick bathroom trips or to come in and change out of your bathing suit. Very convenient. The kitchen has everything we needed and was open to the living room so the cook could still be part of the conversation. Despite being in a quiet golf community you are close to everything you need. Shopping is minutes away. Gate security was very friendly and professional and made coming and going quick and easy once you check in the first day. Great wifi let us stay in touch. There is a welcome binder with all the info you need about the facilities. All in all a lovely stay and this property would definitely be a repeat stay if we are coming back to the area.

The house was big enough for 6 people. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner and with supplies provided by owner, I would have cleaned it better. The security system never worked. The toilets need flapper replacements as they run more than they should and waste water. In the front bedroom there is some ceiling dust falling (we think an animal in the attic). I also saw bugs in the kitchen when I woke up. I believe roaches, but I’m not sure. The back pool was wonderful and furniture was great. We loved the tv outside and spent most days there. There are two outside heaters, but we didn’t need to use them as the weather was decent for February. For seniors, we had a hard time getting up from the living room sofas and the beds. Too low to the floor, but comfortable. Would be nice to have a recliner in the living room instead of the two wicker chairs. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. All in all, the house was comfortable. If the little things are taken care of, we would recommend it highly.

Hidden Gem

Peo and the house were a hidden Gem in Hines City. Great location, great community conveniently located to the Ironman Village. The attention of your host and communication was flawless and definitely made our stay epic. We loved every minute of our stay and next time we are in town, we will try to make this house our stay.
