This was a great house & location for our visit that included a day trip to Epcot, but primarily we were going to our son's college baseball games in Winter Haven & Davenport. The house was very clean and well equipped for a lovely getaway - it was so nice to have the private pool, which we used daily. Highly recommend!

The AC works, WiFi is good. Host responsive to messages. The house was in a nice gated neighborhood with golf course running through it. My family members played a twilight tee time and enjoyed the course. We came prepared with extra toilet paper based on other reviews but you definitely need to bring your own soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, any seasonings for cooking. We even bought hand towels to use in the bathrooms and towels for the pool. We didn't find the closet with extra towels until the next day. The backyard pool is unheated but warm enough due to the recent heat. The location was convenient to grocery shops and lots of restaurants. The driveway only fits a single car if you come with more than one.

The house was nice. But. Photos are very outdated.The cupboards were so full of excess dishes that we had no place to put our groceries except to leave them on the counter. (1 whole cupboard full of vases!)Stuff not working: garbage disposal; the clothes washer - no cold water; 2nd bathroom toilet ran & flushed sporadically; stove top and burners loose; internet constantly crashing.King bed lumpy and creaky; couches were threadbare and uncomfortable; pool furniture looked too dirty to sit on.Owner's stuff in drawers and closets limit renter's use of the space.Ad says 'soap, toilet paper, paper towel etc provided' - 2 rolls of thin TP and 4 soaps the size of postage stamps, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 small dish detergent. No paper towels, laundry detergent, facial tissues, salt & pepper, etc. No kitchen scissors.2 Bath towels, bath matts & face cloths. These were frayed & had holes. No extras for pool use.Not properly cleaned - dust bunnies on the walls, plants, baseboards, outlets, etc.Ad says 'Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.' We went out to use the pool. It was cold. I looked at the welcome book that said 'IF you opted for pool heat...' so I went back to the listing, to the 3rd drop down menu and found a 30 per day charge for pool heat. For a pool that small? 390 for less than 2 weeks?!? It doesn't cost that much to heat a pool twice that size in Canada! NOT worth the money. More attention to details & maintenance needed.

Super Kommunikation, daher der Check-in ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man so für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) braucht ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Handtücher und auch zusätzliche noch im Schrank. Ein Walmart ist direkt am Eingang zum Golfplatz. Der Pool war auch in einem guten Zustand und wir hatten viel Spaß. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison agréable et fonctionnel, tout y est pour bien y vivre les vacances en famille. Toutefois, l'entretien de la piscine était peut être questionnable, l'eau était sale, brouillé et tirait sur le vert. L'eau est demeuré dans le même état durant toute la durée de notre séjour. La pompe de la piscine était incapable de suffir a la tâche, vu le manque flagrant de pression et de temps quotidien de fonctionnement.

Did not have the kids video library. Pool wasnt clean, washing machine kept shutting off during a normal cycle. Clothes where still soak, had to turn washer back on to drain and spin. The twin bedromm has a tv from the 1990s and could not connect to the satelite or antenna. The tv in the queen size bedroom didnt have a remote to the tv. The electric stove is slow to warm up but it does still cook. The location to theme parks is good, local shopping stores. Quiet neighborhood, safe area for families

The place was very nice BUT you only left a few towels out and there was six of us. There was the only toilet paper was what was on the roll. We had to go buy. You had no dish detergent to wash dishes. It was sad cause we flew in and we had to go buy all these things that you don’t supply them for the price that we paid

pool waswonderful we used it everyday however the rule of 72 degrees for the AC was way too hot on these Florida afternoons we never did get the DVD or TV to work properly and the pool cues need to be replaced as the ones there are non-usable on the pool table. was right next to Walmart which was nice and food stops were everywhere. easy fixes for the house to upgrade

This property is just as advertised. It is homey and comfortable. The surrounding area was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the game room and the pool. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the treasure hunt. Be aware that there aren’t any spices to cook with so bring what you need for that. We would stay again.

Period of stay was rather cold to relax in the pool, however, if it was heated sister and I would have enjoyed the outdoor.While all appeared cleaned on entering the home, the bathtubs showed differently with soap scum around the low back area Bathroom towels were very thin due to much use and washing.

Clean but needs work

Very clean.Perfect location for sun,walk to stores and trips out.However the villa could benefit from a few extras ie.a drying rack for dripping bathers,mirrors in the bedrooms and more storage space as most of the drawers were full of owners belongings.All furniture very old,beds in two rooms were so noisy and extremly uncomfortable and please,please renew the sofas.They are just covered wood,no stuffing and terrible to sit on.Would use the villa again but it needs some updating.Oh tree on the driveway needs trimming as difficult to open car door.Pool was very green and not cleaned until our second week where the cleaner left the filter debris on the side for us to dispose of.
