Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8. Let’s see what the inside of the house is like. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. The kitchen is large, comes fully equipped, and has modern appliances. This is a great kitchen for multiple cooks/chefs to work together in. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook/dining area. Here, there’s a small glass-top table with 4 wrought-iron chairs. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. If you need more than 4 seats, head to the formal dining area. Here, you’ll find a classy-looking wooden table and 6 matching seats. There are two living areas. The first living area is at the front of the house and has two crème-colored sofas, a small armchair, and a flat screen TV. The second living area, the main living area, is at the back of the house and has two crème sofas, vaulted ceilings, a wooden entertainment center that contains a TV, and patio doors that let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area has golf course views, is screened in to keep bugs out, and has a raised spa. It also has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a barbeque, and a patio table and chairs under a covered lanai. You’ll be sure to spend hours out here. This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
