Me and my fiancé Paige stayed here for the 2nd time from 6/30-7/8 2025 & we also stayed here in 2023. The house was just as good as we remembered and we had very little issues. Check-in was easy and we were even allowed to check in early. Peo was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house, outdoor area, and pool were very clean when we arrived. We only had a general wear and tear problem through our stay but this issue was fixed very quickly and ultimately these issues had no effect on our stay. The repairman even worked around our schedule to do the repairs while we were away from the house. Me and Paige have agreed that we likely wont be coming back to Orlando for a pretty long time as this was our 3rd time in 4 years. But if this house is still available when we do come back, we will 1000% stay here again.

Daughter Graduation Present

Our daughter graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and we had promised her a mini vacation once she completed her college studies. We rented a great home in a beautiful golf coarse resort near family members and had an excellent time. We used the pool / backyard area to relax and cookout for our family. House was in great condition and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definately do this again.

Great location - Baseball Tournanment

Overall everything was great had no issues with checking in. House was beautiful, location was great. Had minor issues with TV but it was answered quickly. Coffee pots were dirty and could not get them to work but overall great stay. As stated there is very limited starting supplies but there is a Walmart and Dollar Tree really close.

Photos need updating

We had an issue with checkin at the security lodge as I couldn’t verify my booking as no Wi-Fi and I didn’t want to pay a roaming charge. On initial entry to the property we were disappointed that it did not have the wow factor as the photos no longer accurately convey how the inside now looks. For example no glass dressed table which is always stunning to see as shown in the photos; just a bare wooden undressed table. The pool area is cluttered, unlike the photo and the stone interior of the pool made it dark and difficult to tell whether it was clean or not. That aside, once we got over our initial reactions, the villa was very comfortable, very clean and the best equipped one we have stayed in.

Time to relax

House was beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet. Enjoyed the pool every day. Fun to watch golfers every morning while drinking coffee. Owner is very responsive. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Will stay here again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Phenomenal Property!!

Everything about the property was as advertised. The house was clean and served our needs perfectly. The pool and hot tub were a great place to hang out on some pretty balmy days. The covered area outside gave us a place to sit even when the weather didn’t cooperate. Peo was wonderful in his communication and we would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend others to do so. Thanks to Peo for a wonderful time!!

Beautiful property

Location perfect.only about an hour from all the parks including Bush Gardens. We visited both Universal and Bush Gardens “roller coaster “and spent the rest of the week by the pool/hot tub.brilliant

This is a well-equipped, clean property in a gated community. We enjoyed our 4-night stay and I would recommend it. The only disappointment was that we were unable to light the fire table which would have been nice due to the cool weather.

Thanksgiving in Haines City

Nice Stay

Very nice place in a nice community. All great, the only thing we didn't quite understand is there are no basic household items like soap, paper towel, dishwasher tabs or dish soap, etc. It is noted that this is a self serve accommodation so that's on us, we were just used to the basics with other rentals, so we needed to buy these items eventhough you may only use them once. Also, if you are going to spend time in Orlando you need to be aware that the I4 gets super busy, but if you are staying around the area or going to Tampa it worked well.

Great Get Away

This is a perfect get away from the hustle and bustle around the area. When you arrive at your private oasis the neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. The home is beautiful, and you have your private pool and hot tub to relax. We spent most of our time in around the pool on the back patio. I would strongly recommend this property for anyone.

Frustration

On the positive side, the home itself was lovely and well-maintained in a quiet setting. UNFORTUNATELY, two minor issues that could have been addressed easily went completely ignored until our second to last day, which made the concerns more frustrating and unpleasant than necessary. On our first day, we noticed the pool pump did not seem to be working correctly (even within its so-called hours of operation) causing little water, heat, or debris circulation to the pool filter. In addition, the “whirlpool” had a six inch vertically exposed pvc pipe in the bottom center (the listing photo showed a fountain that did not exist in the actual whirlpool) creating a tripping and/or injury hazard. We politely and succinctly sent two texts, an e-mail, and made two phone calls (over a two day period) to both the property management company and the owners, and received ZERO response, replies, or returned calls until the early morning hours of our last full day. Even after that response, no action seemed to be taken by the property management service to rectify the problem. One of the reasons we booked this home was the numerous reviews pointing out the responsiveness of the owners. Sadly and unfortunately for us, that was NOT the experience we had!

Fantastic villa

Very clean and updated villa. Great pool and very quiet. Owners very helpful and responsive. Community is gated and on a golf course. Not a problem. Rt 27 is rough. But win Dixie and Walmart at the gate entrance no need to head out on 27 to I 4. Would recommend back roads if traveling to parks. Thanks again
