Very beautiful home. We stayed to be safe from Hurricane Milton. They were very accommodating with adding extra days. Only complaint was that we came to the with the trash cans extremely full and they said they would send someone to pick it up. While they communicated with me very fast, the trash didnt get picked up after the storm, thankfully it didn't get tossed around. But, honestly i would definitely rent from them again as they keep up their properties with pretty much anything you need.

Beautiful House

The house is beautiful but that was really the only positive thing. I have vacationed in Florida many times and have always rented a house and never had any issues until now. I reserved house on 7/25/24 and on 8/20/24 I was asked to take a picture of myself holding my drivers license and a photo of credit card I have already paid the house with for a background check. Ok that was fine, but you notified me 4 days before I was due in Florida. So what? If I failed your background check you going to tell me 4 days prior I can't have the house? I have stayed in gated communities many times and this process was never asked of me. The rental agreement with all of the rules and regulations to sign was also emailed 4 days before. In the morning we woke up to something beeping every few minutes. Turns out there was 6 smoke detectors thrown in the garbage bin outside with the batteries in. I had to dig through them and remove the batteries. All the garbage bins were filled so it made me responsible for throwing out trash on garbage day that was not even ours. Tiny brown ants crawling on the kitchen counter, inside one drawer and inside the dishwasher. Called to complain and they sent out a professional to spray the property. I was not told anyone was coming out so I was in my car to leave and the guy said he had the house code so I could still leave. No hot water in the master bedroom sinks. Understand it could be a child safety thing but we listed just 2 adults.

Great house with plenty of room!

Loved the 4 bathrooms to go with the 4 bedrooms. Outdoor space with dining table & pool was perfect. Fishing off of the dock across the street was a highlight for our teenage fishermen. Would stay here again.

Haines city home

What a comfortable home, nestled in a private gated neighborhood with sidewalks overlooking a pond out the front with a pool in the back. The sunsets over the pond were incredible in the morning so if you want to take a walk this is your spot to come and relax. The pool was perfect sized for our family and we enjoyed swimming several times a day. The house is so comfortable with plenty of space and tvs in each room so everyone can watch their own programs/ They have strollers and a car seat to allow you to not have to bring as much if needed when you’re traveling. The house was in a great location related to Disney and legoland l. Very short drive to restaurants as well as town to do shopping or explore.

Great family stay

In the area for a week to watch family playing college baseball and softball. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. House was clean and spacious. Enjoyed lots of time in the pool. Questions were answered quickly by property management. Would definitely recommend for families. Hope to be back soon.

Could have been better.

Nice large house for our group of 4 adults. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. With that said, the rugs were stained and dirty, piles of garbage on the side of the house, pool dirty, (but was cleaned quickly) Unfortunately the filter didn't work, so quickly became dirty again. Too bad. Could have been rated so much higher if it had been taken care of.

Winter getaway

Overall we had a great stay at this property. I will say the carpet was really dirty and the bath outside the bunk room was not very clean. We scrubbed down the shower and the baseboards. Appliances were clean insided but were very smeared outside. We just had to give them a good clean and dry them properly. A proper broom and mop would help renters to keep it clean.

Great Getaway

This property was nice. It looked newly renovated and nice decor. There were some drawbacks though. They were the following: 1) Water in the master bath had very low pressure from the sinks 2) There were a live lizard in the master closet, I know it’s Florida expect those kind of critters. 3) pool wasn’t clean on arrival but cleaned mid week of stay. 4) Pictures were deceiving, not as spacious as it looked. Overall, the property was good enough for my family. My daughters really enjoyed the bunk beds! Great location to Disney World and LegoLand!!
