Beautiful Villa with Private Pool and Spa - special last-minute booking discount

  • Our beautiful villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 30 mins from Disney, 40 mins from Sea World, Universal, 45 mins from Orlando airport and an hour away from both coasts. This fully air-conditioned villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 65" 4K smart TV, free WIFI and PS2 console. All bedrooms have smart TVs (meaning you can use your existing apps - Netflix etc while you're staying) and masses of closet space. A safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball. The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool, from the living room and both master bedrooms emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).

Relaxing time for our family

This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay.

Relax and enjoy

House has nicely furnished. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gated community so we felt safe and even walked at night. TV every room. No complaints Host was great to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it..

Beautiful Florida home!

The house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is we didn't get to spend more time relaxing at the house. Dave was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at his home. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great Property and location

We enjoy the stay. House was great, heated pool and hot tub. Close to attractions but far enough to have peace and quit during the holiday's. Owner and property manager were great to work with and any small issues taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely House

The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We had a few issues to start but they were very quickly rectified by Joe the property manager and Dave the owner, both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Would certainly use again.

Winter holiday

We had a great time at the villa!! It was super well equipped. Really everything we needed!! Our teenage daughters had fun in the game room and pool. It was truly a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property to others!!

Was in a secure and very nice location, had almost 3 days with pool issues, but Joe the property manager, did great too get everything warming properly, but overall a great place to stay, hopefully we will get a great deal next time we decide to come down! God bless !

21 day stay at Excellent Villa home

Easy access through the gated community. Enjoyed being close to shopping & restaurants. Home was well furnished (missed having cupboard handles on kitchen cupboards). Happy with the hot tub & pool. Definitely plan to return to this rental home.

Great vacation house!

House was clean and spacious. Communication with owners was very helpful. There were plenty of extras, such as pots and pans, beach towels, etc. Property manager was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Amazing family paradise

The property is amazing! My family of six had plenty of space and things to do at the house. They had so much fun playing in the game room when I could get them out of the pool/hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook like we were home and all of the furniture was comfy too. Dave is very friendly and helpful. We would for sure want to visit again!

Spring training

Easy check in process. Large house in nice gated community. Owner and property manager were easy to reach and helpful, We enjoyed the hot tub. Decor is dark and dated. Lots of artificial plants that are dusty. Carpet is worn.
