▪️ We hold a security deposit during your stay. It will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are on the property. Two exterior security cameras monitor the parking lot. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment or in any private guest areas.
▪️ Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no additional charge when scheduling permits. Requests must be communicated and approved in advance.
▪️ Full cleaning, including personal laundry service, is available upon request for $100.
▪️ There is no in-unit washer or dryer available for guest use.
▪️ This is a 550-square-foot apartment located on the second floor.
▪️ The apartment includes two balconies, one accessed from the bedroom and one accessed from the living area.
▪️ This unit does not have a private hot tub.
▪️ The kitchen does not include a dishwasher or electric kettle.
▪️ A Pack 'n Play is available upon request with at least one day's advance notice.
▪️ One complimentary on-site parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must not use reserved spaces.
▪️ Street parking is permitted, but vehicles must not be parked along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
▪️ Garbage and recycling bins are located in the yard and are clearly marked.
▪️ Reservations are limited to 30 days. Longer stays may require multiple separate bookings.
▪️ A washer is available in the building for an additional fee.

▪️ Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host.
▪️ Parties and events may only be permitted with prior host approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
▪️ Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within 10 yards of the building.
▪️ Cannabis must not be smoked anywhere on the property.
▪️ Please respect the neighbors and avoid causing excessive noise or disturbances.
▪️ Do not use parking spaces marked or designated as reserved.
▪️ Do not park along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
▪️ Respect the property and its furnishings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper to help prevent plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided before your stay. Guests may be held responsible for any issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
▪️ Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability and host approval.
