"Loved the environment! Was pleased about the structure of the grounds. Due to being short staffed (per - Paul), our check-in process was longated and took time away from me and my wife's need to unwind. We got checked in 30mins after the set check in time even though I used the app and attempted to call the number in the app an hour before arriving.
