Gzira is a town located in the central region of Malta, on the northeastern coast of the island. It is situated just south of Sliema and east of Msida, and is known for its bustling promenade, which runs along the waterfront and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture. It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta.
The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
