No tea bags at all even on request, needed to request again and again for towels after cleaning the room. No multiplugs provided on request. Bought multiplug saperatly myself. Very poor experience.

This property is very comfortable. The staff was enthusiastically hospitable, helpful and professional. The food was plentiful and both excellently prepared and served.
