"The property was in an ideal location. However it was not clean and required a deep clean. Pots pans all required washing before use. The majority were chipped and crazed. The iron had no fuse in we fixed it. The ironing board was unstable and dangerous. Main bedroom had a hole in the floor, the wardrobe handle came off and the door would not close.
