  • “That dam view” a 3 bedroom(1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. 2 bath 1500 sq ft home located above Guttenberg on acre st overlooking the town and river. Sitting on just under an acre and there’s plenty of parking and yard space to enjoy. Enjoy sitting on the large deck overlooking the dam and river or underneath the covered patio. The kitchen is furnished with top appliances and enjoy sitting in the living room looking out 2 patio doors at the beautiful views! There is a golden tee and simpsons arcade machines for adults and kids to enjoy! There is a full bathroom on each floor of the house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with beautiful views of the river and town. Each bedroom has its own separate ac/heating units and controls to adjust to the perfect sleeping temperature. There’s plenty of seats out on the deck and a fire pit in the yard! If your looking for peace and quite this is the place!

Our stay at Acre Street was stress free and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. Loved that the walkway to the front door was well lit, as we went out a couple of nights and came home after dark.
