"La vasca senza tenda e vetro è poco pratica perchè in 5 minuti si allaga tutto. Le stanze all’ultimo piano (sottotetto) sono molto calde e se si lasciano le finestre aperte entrano gli insetti."

"Der erste Eindruck von außen war zunächst mäßig. An einer gut befahrenen Straße gelegen und das Gebäude nicht sehr ansprechend. Aber das Appartement hat dann umso mehr sehr positiv überrascht. Geräumig, großzügig, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur anderen Seite ruhig gelegen mit großem Balkon. ..."
