"Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place."

"Cowboy Luxe is a well stocked and beautifully decorated studio apartment. My husband and I stayed here for The MidSouth race. The apartment had everything we needed and is within walking/biking distance to many restaurants. Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment we were originally sent to was already occupied, delaying us getting into a unit for over 21/2 hrs. The fitness center bathrooms were vandalized with human waste throughout, causing the gym to stink. As far as we know it was never cleaned up. We stopped going after 2 days. Thursday and Friday were without air conditioning. Maintenance came once but never fixed it. We were ignored for over 12 hours before the mgr responded a second time. "I had a great stay. I showed up & the air was out where I was supposed to be. The host was quickly responsive & move me to another unit across the hall. Everything was exactly as described. I felt safe. It was quite and relaxing. The pool was nice. I even had to extend my days and the host was very accommodating. Thank you for everything!! I will be back when I have to come back for work. The only thing I missed was a TV in the bedroom but for the the price it was all worth it!!!"
